Eric was born in Washington, D.C., and spent his childhood in the Maryland suburbs. Graduating from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor of Science in Rhetorical Studies and Theater, Eric’s Sales and Marketing career began very early in the hotel world. It was there Eric developed a sense of excellence, and extraordinary customer service while working for a world-class luxury brand, Mandarin Oriental. He learned the goal was to consistently create a customer experience that would be Five Star! Since then, Eric has been able to successfully translate his marketing background and love for property into a career in real estate. Coming from a luxury hotel background, he’s been successful in developing strong relationships in various industries, and creating high-level client interactions, thereby, allowing him to finesse real estate transactions seamlessly.
Eric possesses an adept knowledge of the real estate sales process and serves as a local neighborhood ambassador to buyers, sellers, and investors alike. His goal is to consistently raise the bar through reliable real estate advice based on his continuous market knowledge, innovative tools, strategy, and tactics, and successfully negotiating transactions bringing all parties together for a win-win!
In his spare time, Eric enjoys fitness training, practicing and competing with his tennis league, and exploring the local restaurant scene in the DMV and around the world. He also has a love for travel, and motivational and inspirational literature, and contributes weekly to his Capitol Hill Toastmasters club where he serves as a club officer.
As a native Washingtonian and resident of the Hillcrest neighborhood, Eric assists clients throughout Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, and Maryland.
